2 ways to do it rent for a set price each money or a percentage of what is done,

a lot rent work for between 10 - 20 % depending on what it is  ie  say 150 for 1000 worth of work,  weather 1000 or 200 gets done u still get ur 150,

it works on a 20% score would not entertain a 30% at any cost say the renter is based birmingham and has a contract wolverhampton it might be best to rent this out to a local wolver chap like me cause petrol costs and time make this unprofitable get me jist mate

i rent 7 rounds off one w/c and 2 off another i keep a record of whats done and pay 20% on every house i clean and send them a cheque once the bill gets to about £200. the custys pay me in my name although all had a letter explaning the situation. i use all my own gear completley they just gave me the sheets of work there is no point in a set rate as we all know what its like with people saying o not this time and being in cornwall hol lets cancell for winter and so on. i sign a contract with both of them saying the work remains theres and make a note of anyone who cancells or moves house.
