Title: Pricing Fascia cleans.
Post by: Jonathan Spencer on October 01, 2010, 07:49:42 pm: i think I read on here that I should be charging about £2 a metre to clean facias. Is that the outside of the gutter and the underneath bit as well?

Also is a metre normally the gap between 2 brackets?

£2 per metre is about right for fascias & soffits (the underneath bit) ;) I wouldn't go by the distance between brackets as being a metre. Best to just pace it out from one end to the other.

he was only asking about fascias & soffits. Not gutters ;)
