Well threw caution to the wind today and did 16 customers for the second time in a month (28 days).
Normally would have moved them on George into next month so only done monthly (Set up for 4 weekly)
Until recently felt guilty for doing them twice within the month and thought they might moan and kick off.
Most were in (no cups of tea though) and not one moaned or said "that time again already"
So Ive been creating a problem when there hasn't been one.
Lesson learned :) ..... and my holiday paid for with the 13th month ;D (or the taxman)

every 4 weekly! they get used to it! i explain to them that if i work it out per calander month it falls on different days of the week each clean, and all my customers are used to the day i come not the date!
also if i work it out to the calander month it will eventially fall on satday and sunday of with i dont work on!

so lets say they r cleaned on the first they r re cleaned on the 29th
end of thats the way i do it ;)

4 weekly works for me too.

some of my customers like to be done the same time of each month like the last friday in the month and they jot it on there calendar and they are happy with it but i did explain it might differ due to weather and they are fine with it all.

I'm not rigid enough (or prepared to work in all weathers) to get there on the exact day for 4 weeks.
So I tell custies I will call monthly and go on to explain that that will be no less than 28 days and rarely more than 30 or 31. That gives me flexibility.
But I do explain that in winter or in very poor weather it might stretch to 5 weeks.

thats what 25 years in the car sales does for you ;)

If you work on time you will earn 8 % more by cleaning 4 weekly as opposed to monthly

4 weekly for me.
That way, the clean gets done on the same day each month.

4 weekly but dont forget you will be 5 weekly or even 6 weekly at times in winter or when you go on holiday.
your defo worrying too much.i say to my customers every 4-5 weeks,sometimes 6 in winter.
custies that moan when your one day late or dont like you turning up on a saturday need to get a life!
