4 cups @ 5 mins per cup = 20 mins downtime. + 5 mins extra leak break.  Total time lost 25 mins

+ Wages

Total cost £10 - £25 (area depending)  That’s why I tell all my customers to NEVER offer my lads a drink, or even to talk or acknowledge they are there....... except to pay them  ;D

I'm with the bfg. Nice cup of the Gray. Twinnings only. Supermarket brands need not apply.

Never turn down a coffe unless I know they have that mellow birds crap.

Carry an empty 4 pint milk bottle in the van and you have somewhere to pee. Just remember to lock the van doors... Had a customer open one once while I was having a jimmy riddle in the back... She said I could have used her toilet and and said I'll pay you now (whilst I was still going)
