Title: low quote??

Went to do aquote for llanelli rugby club. they want two rooms cleaning one is 66 sq metres and one is around 200 sq metres. i didnt get the job the company who did quoted £280.00  would anyone else do it for this amount?  The carpets are in bar/ function rooms.

At just over a pound a square metre, how can they stay in business?
