Title: anyone in Winchester?

I did the builders clean on a dozen or so houses. To give you some idea of the area,8 3 bed semi's were £425,000 each and 5 or 6 five bedders were £900,000. Too far for me to go and the owners have started ringing me to  see if i want to do them. Anyone interested? Regards Jamie

I do some tidy stuff in Winchester.

What are the cleans worth? Who would be paying and how ioften do they want them done.

The cleans are worth what you price them at, as usual,the customer will be paying and i should imagine they will let you know how often! As i said,i only did the builders cleans!
