just sorting out some new windows were cleaned leaflets not sure on the wording this is what i have got so fare

Your windows were cleaned today __/__ at __:__ am/pm
If paying by paypal your invoice will be sent within 48hrs
If you usually pay by cash we will be around to collect
on monday or tuesday evening between 6pm to 7:30pm
When posible please pay your bill within 14 days thanks Erith Window Cleaning

i think looks ok erith. i do the same and keep them to a smallish size

this is on business card size cards(easy to fit in wallet)

i write the date in half a dozen cards before i start so im not messing about getting my pen out on the custies that are not in when i clean.
