I'm heavy handed and found the hydra extremely robust. Should suit them well...
7 & 18 ft are ok for daily use... I found the 25ft on the heavy side though

Brodex hydra 3YG

Guaranteed for 3 years.

I use the brodex hydra and it is very forgiving in comparison to any fibreglass or carbon pole. Plus, (as already stated) it comes with 3yr guarantee.

It's a no brainer really! :) :)

Give them the most profitable pole, and if any individual doesn’t look after it to the point where it becomes unprofitable because of replacements give them the heaviest and most unyielding pole you can find with the heaviest brush attached and have there wages linked to the amount of work they do.

These are great poles and I think pretty sturdy, however they do require regular cleaning to keep them in good condition, I can't see an employee doing this. However the clx is pretty cheap so if it's not cared for properly it might be worth seeing if they can look after one. Better pole does = more work.
