buy it yourself from the states for £120 inc import duty
-
The £1k+ for peter's hot trolley includes an RO system & pole I'm sure,.. if you already had these items you'd be looking at a much better deal.
-
i agree Nat....i am going to have a look at it (the heater) next week and see if i can fit it to my trolley system, i think if it works ok on peters trolley then why not mine, might have to pay a few quid to weld it on but its worth a look at 200 quid ;)
-
Can't you just use an aquaruim heater to heat the water before you go out?
-
If its -5 you need to keep putting the joules into the water to retain the heat that the cold air and the hose removes.
Its a complicated subject really and no one answer.
-
Isit possible to buy the heater to use with a van system?
-
i had a look at one of peters trolleys on wednesday there.
report:
excellent.......i have put an order in for one when its ready in late november.
it can be used on the trolley or in your van (needs installed professionally of course due to using gas inside the van) but def better suited to the trolley in my opinion as its used outside, its based on his old one but the weight ratio is better with the battery situated in the middle of the base as opposed to the front in the old one, you could fit it onto your own trolley but you would need to spend a few quid welding shelves etc, so the fact that the trolley is only 70 quid fully welded to suit this system is a bonus.
as i said earlier i dont need all the things he is selling as part of the hot wash, the pump/pole/di etc and its only going to cost me 2-3 hundred to convert, which has to be worth a go (especially with winter coming swiftly) 8)

yep, dont all queue for it at once...form an orderly queue at least....oy you..get back in line.......i hate queue jumpers. ::)

As already stated that price is for a complete trolley package with everything needed for someone starting out in water fed pole window cleaning, and not just for hot water.
It still has a cover to go on it, not shown in the pictures for obvious reasons. But even if it was finished like that, and it didn't look that good, I am sure the guys that couldn't do any work for 6 weeks due to the cold weather last year wouldn't have minded too much.

If thats the case how are you going to transport the trolly system, as soon as you put a trolly system in a van are you not in the same boat ::)
