Yes it is , so long as you can source a pad holder ,and possibly a brush for it , and make up your mind fast , because it will be gone in no time ,, postage is way over the top , try shiply.com, will cost £30 tops.

200rpm, and as Jason said perfectly suitable, if you can get a drive pad holder.

Definately check out how much for a pad holder 1st.
Some I was looking at without one and the pad holders can vary drastically in price for different makes.

Woodbridge commercials sale the brushes & drive boards for them around £65 i think

try & find one on ebay with the drive board to compare. that machine with board will run in around £140

Think ill keep looking and get one with a drive board. I dont have any exp of bonneting so would feel more comfortable with a slower speed rotary, they all seem high speed on ebay.

can anyone point me in direction of a supplier who sells reconditioned units?

Lee at universal supplies will do a slow speed recon machine for about £120 + vat inc drive board and possibly a tank. (the tank is useful for hard floor cleaning , unless you add a pump and jet for bonnet buffing) Tel  07973541824.
If nothing else he will be happy to tell you what to look out for as he knows lots the market.
