Which one would make the most profit, bearing in mind 2 vans with the extra cost of buying running them.and more cost to rent some where to park it like a small unit,as no way could park 2 vans at home
-
all depends on what the work is, but in therory 2 men 2 vans should make more money it all depends on what cost are
-
2men 2vans I work with another guy and we do much more work when not working together
-
To buy a van kit it out looking at 6-8k then the running cost and cost of parking(unit)I will do my sums, just thought if anyone else has worked it out.I don't think there's much in it
-
Providing the 2 vans are kept busy, then it should be more profitable.
You can delegate each of them certain jobs etc that you have control of and probably know the times etc taken. You can also, if you wish, play 1 against the other to produce results.
It also depends on what type of work you have. Sometimes 2 are better than 1 and again, 1 on his own is all that is needed.

I used to work full time with another guy, we split when my family circumstances made it dificult. Now our combined PROFIT now is greater by about 25% than it was when we were working together.
2 men 2 vans but you dont have to spend £6k.

Is that 25% more profit with renting a unit,6k was fitting it out with system, then there's van insurance road tax repairs etc
-
We never rented a unit and park our vehicles at our own home. Without knowing ALL your circumstances it would be impossible to say for you but we make more money now. We still do some big jobs together.
