the company that i was going to use were responsible for that bit of the process we just put the method and risk assessments in for the rest of the window cleaning.

thanks for the comments and about the risk assessment,  we have out own cherry picker, the assessment is for one of our old jobs and they want up to date risk assessments.  :)
