Title: dust mites

hi all,just been asked by one of my customers if the chemicals i use to clean the carpets kill the dust mites as he's dog has an allergy.i didn't knew what to tell him.does it or doesn't kill them?thanks

Well they might and they might not but the point is that you are removing them.  They will replace very quick, see if they want some UVC treatment on a monthly basis and also have their mattresses clean.  You dont have to be special machines now as there is a UVC beater attachment for Vacs available.
 A lot of dogs that are thought to be allergic to dustmites often have a yeast infection that is constatnly passed on from carpet, your chenicals will kill this but it will reappear in humid conditions.
