Hi all,
Yesterday a guy cleaning the window fell down from the 10th floor. It was very bad :(. His belt was faulty which broken down when he was on work.
i request all of you to take proper safety measures and check your safety equipments before climbing ti clean windows of big buildings. And if any body have some new ideas regarding safety, please share here so that everybody can get its benefit.

who is at fault over something like this,  the bloke,  the company  or the building owners?

Helen, it sounds to me like he was abseiling not climbing.
