if so how much?
the mrs had just told me i have to sweep our chimneys out! :o
live in a large old victorian pallisaded terraced house with open fires!

I have a friend who is a chimney sweep... His prices start at £40. There is good money in it.
Takes a lot of work to build up though because the repeat work is only every 6 - 12 months!

We tried it; just the once. WFP was useless; we spent a fortnight trying to rince soot from the brush and the custy's carpets were soaked through!!!

I guess thats a no then.
In that case does anyone on here offer a vegetable oil recycling scheme for any of their custards?

Being a tight git, i did my own. Never again , i made hell of a mess ::)
It went every where! could'nt get it out of the carpet :P
I tried to tape a empty sack to the fire place with a slit cut in the middle for the pole to poke through. Umm the sack fell of :o and you can picture the rest , red and black carpet just don't look right.
from my point of view it's the best 40 quid i pay each yr
