I voted love them but they are ok, usually get a good deal on one offs, and more often than not they come back. I think some of them want to check you out before comitting to a frequency. I get a few rentals when they move out. they leave the card and I get the next one, and so on.

I've made some good money on one off jobs. But I'll take anything if the money's right as I've just started up

Not enough options on that list IMO.
I wouldn't say that I love them but if they are large enough, I will happily go out on a Sunday to do them so that it doesn't interfere with my regular schedule.  In order to make it more worthwhile I might offer a full exterior clean  I would charge an enhanced rate.
However, if it was a smallish job without extras, I would only entertain it if it really was convenient.

I voted no but this is really aimed at normal 3 bed semi's etc but large places and larger commercials...I would vote yes if the money made it worth it.

Dave.

I cant put extra options on now, what other options would you have on?

I find it interesting that some say "If the money is right" yet other threads some (not ness the ones commenting on here) feel that higher prices for one-offs is a rip-off.

I take people at their word and just charge normaly.I view what i do as a business to try not to get upset if people take the pee. I just keep rolling, bad debts etc i take the hit and don't let it screw my life up.

I'm not saying i'm not capable of being petty and small minded, as this thread might suggest you are Stuart, but you have to be able to let go.Whether it's losing an argument on here or letting some 80yr old biddy harangue you out of a fiver. It's no use turning over at three in the morning and thinking let the old bag try again, i'll be ready for her next time.

If you spend your time focusing on petty things, that's what you become.
