Aggressive customers:
this can be caused by alcohol, drugs, having a ‘bad day’, shift workers who are woken up, etc.

It was written 10 years ago, the hse contacted the fwc and used bryan as an example

I can't beleive the HSE has actually paid some Donkey to do a write up on that
