i prefer triples as they are easier to carry round the back and dont hit sat dishes !
i have a 3.0metre triple (mainly use just 2sections) and i have a 2.0metre triple which is featherlight and my main choice

3.0m doubles from Titan do everything I need and fit inside me van too :)

We have many sets of ladders, probably 10 plus, however the main ones we use are Titan 3.4m and 3.9m (closed length) and there are a set of these on all the vans. We also have double pointers and a set of triples that extend to just over 10m!!!! (rarely used, but sometimes handy)
Not keen on ladder mitts, though again we have a couple of sets in the workshop gathering dust.

I use a 3 metre triple( 7,50 fully extended) combonation ladder light weight it has the cross bar footing. It can reach all 1st floor gutters and can remove in section to climb over a gate or fences. Its a thin light weight which I thought would not hold me, but its strong and I am a big fellow.

3.5 titan good all rounders

i do like a double 13 rung but av started to use a double 14s
as a single section reaches vast majority of my work
iv also gota double A which is an excellent tool
for stairwells etc ;)
