Title: Invoice

I'm helping a lad set up and was hoping to get him a copy of an invoice to put through the door.
I have one on 'Print Artist7' but cant find the disk so that he can use it on his computer.

If anyone has a copyable slip that I can pass on, we would be grateful for a copy.
