all great backpacks.
i ordered esr 16 on weds and got yesterday, great backpack but must extend the pipe as it fell on my foot a hour or so ago and i think it may of broke a toe or 2!
I also have the 20 litre one with the trolley, good backpack but only one speed so is good as backup!
They are all good m8 and get a very good service from them,i recommend them definately!

yes thats the one,you have to extend them, as the hose is always not long enough so you have to move the backpack all the time,i done one top window and then i had to move the backpack so my pole could reach the other window as i picked the backpack up my pole was falling so dropped the backpack and it landed on my foot, ouch.
ive extended it now this afternoon and is very good now,5 metres of hose!
