Title: wheel rims
Post by: colin thomas on September 02, 2010, 08:44:07 pm
this isn't carpet related but apparently my wheel rim is damaged and is letting air out, the guys telling me this are my usual repairers so i wouldn't think they are pulling a fast one, point is, it's a vauxhall vivaro, anyone know where i can get a good deal on a new one? not sure if they can be repaired, these guys think not,

Alloy wheels can occasionally be faulty, when cast, the metal can be porous which results in a very slow puncture

If its a steel wheel like mine I used a hammer and elbow grease, and job done. ;D
