Right been offered a contract to clean and maintain some grounds which are prone to a build up of algae in certain areas.
Now I would have thought that pressure washing with a flat surface cleaner it would have been the way forward but the client seems to think there is a faster way to clean it by hiring in a scrubber type machine. Now I am not aware of any such machine available to be used outdoors.
Does anyone know of such a machine and where if there is one can I hire?
Also can anyone suggest a chemical that can be used to slow the process of the algae returning
thanks in advance ;D

how big is the area and whats the surface if its not to big could you turbo nozzle it. diddnt you just sell all your pressure washer stuff and was thinking of scaling down the business its john who bought the big wfp from you by the way.

hello m8 yes i was thinking of scaling down but due to something coming up I have decided to stick with it for the minute
We are currently using a pressure washer with a flat surface cleaner which does a good job its just that the client has specified he would like to explore other avenues.
As to the area to maintain its VERY LARGE!

the area is made of mainly cobble stones so theres gaps in between and the site is 12 acres + :o although the algae is only quite bad in certain areas around 200m x 200m each

Often clueless customers refer to a FSC as a scrubber etc
