Try changing your pose for a while .............. doing the "fonz" pose is bound to hurt after a while.  ;D ;D

thanks very much aj nice to get an answer.

went to doctors today and he confirmed i poo myself because all i can think of is where they do op on your wrists.

doc gave me perscription for strong anti inflamatories 3 a day.

I go kick boxing class once a week and mrs is convinced this is what caused it and wants me to give up :'(

see anti vibraion gloves on englebert-strauss  fingerless gloves that have paded gel palms and says relives pressure on medial nerve; £20 thought about these

thanks lee

I have C T in both arms, have had it for about 3 years, had all the tests and had the op booked but decided not to have it done and to be honest it only bothers me now if i do a lot of driving i have a splint which i got from the hospital that i wear for driving and thats it,i do have pins and needles and if i stop and think about it i can feel it a lot of the time but it doesnt stop me doing anything,i cant play the violin but i couldnt before i got CP  ;D
maybe im lucky but id think long and hard before going for the op as it doesnt always work and youll be off the tools for a while aferwards.
