i looked at my ro the other day and the first filter has gone green in one place,will this be ok?
my tds is only 2

yep try blocking the light with a black bag round it

no wont affect the water

just clean it out when you change your filters

how often do you change your filters?
isit possible to wash that filter?

your supposed to change every 3 months

but a lot dont, not sure on washing them though

i use mine in conjunction with a rain water system, and occasionally hook up to the mains

when needs be
