can the words reach and wash be used in sign writing a van without having a ionic system fitted ?

I'm fairly sure those words are protected and can only be used with the permission of Ionics.

"Reach & Wash" is trademarked,.. "Reach and Wash" isn't.

It's a fine line though, personally I wouldn't want to take the risk,.. but more importantly I wouldn't want to spend my hard earned money promoting the company that uses the words in question!

Aquashine & Thermoshine are available for use by Guild members. They're not trademarked (cause we think that kind of thing is just mean!) but members have access to logo's etc for them.

As a fully paid up Bible-thumper I use the term "Preach and Wash".  ;)
