hi people
Everyone seems to like to talk about how many customers they have (including me)
but should the real question not be who has the least amount of customers that pay the most money? so who has the smallest best paying round?

I used to have lots of customers, my dad does most of my little ones now. I have around 150 customers averaging about £30 a house (some alot more, some a little less). I dont need to do alot of hours to earn a good wage, i like it this way.

averaging £30 per house? Wow. I'm not doubting you, but you must work a very wealthy area.
My average, according to George, is £14 and this includes a couple of £200 commercials an nothing less than £9.

top respect averaging 30 on houses im averaging just 12 and have over 400 custies so u defo do half the work for better return. Damn i need to get my arse out n get some bigger houses

that's not true though is it. 3 x £12 houses in 1 hour is better tha 1 x £30 house per hour. The size of the house is irrelevant.

With all due respect thought my question is...
Who does the least hours for the most moneys? ;D

to be honest it is a bit of a how long is piece of string question, as some split there work in to lots of little rounds where is mine all one big round.

I do a lot of detached large houses and have a couple of very big contracts. This brings my average up very well.

i have a run of 12 houses at 3.50 each. ;D
but coz i am scrimman i can do them all in 12 mins. 8) a minute a house. :)
no, just kidding...its just 12 pensioner flats on ground level and it takes me 25 mins, and yep they are only 3.50 each....mind you they only have 3 windows per flat.
