What size pole will I need to clean 3 storey terraces comfortably ?

Modern domestic - 25 ft
Industrial or old Victorian - 30ft

ive got a 35 foot unger and barley reach 2nd floor!!! so whats going on here? lol

3 storey is 2nd floor ie ground 1st 2nd floor= 3 storey building
