Title: Just picked up my first monthly

Just got back from doing my first monthly big bungalow 8 medium size windows small porch could windows and door french doors £17.50

Did tak me an hour today but that was frames as well sure next clean will be much faster

where in the country are you to get that price think mine would have been 10-12quid

In Cornwall all windows are bigger than average windows so charged £1.50 per window.

8 x medium windows at £1.50
1 x Large window at £2.00
1 x door at 50p
1 x french/patio doors at £2.00

Plus a pound for good measure

I walked around the house and said to the lady, yes we can do this no problem it will be £17.50 monthly she said yes that brilliant.

So seems i have priced correctly this time.

using my price guide helped to keep my mind on pricing correctly

Instead of blabbing a random figure out.

Gavin,

You might soon find that quoting as per how long it will take you will be best rather than per window, as access to windows etc can have a big impact on how long a job might take.

Thanks i will keep this in mind and generally do, i try to price as above but keep in mind access and if there are areas where access is awkward then i will add a bit more to the price
