Post by: Jadecleaning on September 12, 2005, 09:19:02 pm
Can anyone Advise me on the best way to obtain MOD Tenders.
I already have full MOD Whitehall Clearance but have come to a dead end as how to procede.

Many Thanks

hi there,

most MOD tenders will appear in the OJEC, purelyt out of their nature and size, as they tend to advertise the cleaning as one large tender, therefore the value will exceed  £100k.

As Martin said they all appear in the OJEC journal

You then send off an expression of interest and you are sent back a pre qualification questionnaire this is to determine your financial and technical capability as a company to execute the contract

Again as Martin said these tend to be high value contracts covering more than one site and on the financial capability side thay are governed by the 25% rule. ie: if the contract value is greater than 25% of your current turnover you cannot be considered.
There are also many other aspects to cover

If you need any help or info send me an e mail

Best regards
