I have found a company who sells MOQ of 1

Polos, Fleece, Caps, Jackets ect - prices are great - with embroidery

I have used "logogear shop" on ebay for embroided workwear and their prices seem much more reasonable in my opinion.

ive used krowmark and found them very helpful and the cloths are top quality - little pricey but worth it.

This is who we use. Forget embroidery. Screen printing by these guys is far better.
