Thanks Glynn, do they not mind testing machines other than their own make?

I wouldn't have thought so, I have seen them working on all sorts of different makes.

Thank you Mat. It may have been said before but you have a great name for someone involved in the carpet cleaning industry.
When you worked at HSS did many people hire their carpet machines as they seem expensive and did they carry a disclaimer in the event of the hirer damaging thier own carpets?

all the time, on  the domestic side it was our biggest hirer it's what tempted me into the game in the first place, after completing an iicrc course i was suprised in the difference between proffesional cleaning and hiring the machine some of the things i was advised to tel the customer was a complete load *%$*, as far as i  know the contract that the customer signed was standard for all pieces of kit hired therefore i am sure a general small print disclaimer was included. I never had any customers say they damaged their carpet, people were paying on average 40 squid to hire a puzi 100(very weak machine compared to proff machines) inc a 1 litre solution.
