Hi Folks,
ok i apprciate this has been asked before but for time sake + your imput....which pole do you feel is best for domestic say average two story?? many say gardiners (which pole??)
i used facelift for commercial excellent pole but bit pricey for domestic,(forget ionics!!)
i need to get one in the next few days and it seems to be down to brodex or gardiners...whats the experience out there ;) what would you recommend ???

Hi
Im on the lookout for a decent 18ft pole, wanting something light with a small minimum length with good lasting clamps, any ideas guys?

We use Brodex Hydra alloy poles. The 18ft is four section so fairly short fully collapsed. Very durable (unless you stand on them!!) I have a three section alloy Prolong that's about 3 years old and still going strong. (Not that it has much to do these days ::))

Gardiners is out if you want it in a few days, never in stock

had a gardiners clx18 delivered today, ordered tues evening came thurs am,seems pretty good, how long clamps last is another matter.
I've used harris poles for the last couple of years,so I hate to admit the clx is a lot better, much more user friendly, not bad for a £100,be interesting to see how much life I get out of it,cause if its only 3 months or so ill be back to the harris.
