Just got a call from a lady who spilled hair colouring wax on her carpet last night and hasnt been able to remove it with the iron and greaseproof paper method.I have told her to gently increase the temp carefully to see if that is effective but was wondering if any other method might work if this fails.Regards Alan(swindon)
