wanna get some new poles and im thinking of getting clx 18ft but im worried it might be too short for every day work...
maybe i should go for 22ft instead...

why? not too much difference in it, is there?

martin go for the 22ft clx!first day with it today and i have to admit its a joy to use!and the extra 4 foot makes all the difference when reaching over connies/large pitched roofs etc.
its so light its really made my day a lot easier!great for downstairs as well as the collapsed length is 4ft 9in!no swapping poles! ;) ;D ;D

Ditto, been using one since they first came out (MKI) every day. Top piece of kit!

the gardiners 25ft SLX is the same weight and closed length(4ft 9in)as the 22ft clx.probably a lot more rigid but for the money the clx is a great buy IMO

I think the extra 3ft makes a difference tho, if I had the 22 theres certain windows I wouldnt get, Just need the 35ft to come out then I got all the poles I need ;D

RWC ive got a brodex 25ft alloy hydra but its too heavy to use all day but will come in handy for a few bigger jobs and when its windy!but i needed a pole i could use for uppers and bottoms for large chunks of my work.the clx was in stock so i went for it before it sold out!! ;) ;D ;D ;D
im hoping it reaches most of my work and so far/so good(1 day!!! ;D ;D ;D)
