Is it true that the purified water when cleaning windows kills flowers?

depends how much water at a time,  flowers and plants need nutriants from water and purified water has the nutriants removed,  they would really only die if fed on just purified water and nothing else

as soon as the water hits the earth that flowers are in it will pick up all the nutrients they need
