Title: having to price per sq foot ....

any tips on this?

i just normally take one look at it and just work out the time it takes ....

just do as normally do then get the square footage and divide the price then you have a price per square foot

E.g so job £100/ 10 square foot =£10 per foot

strange doing it that way cuz im sure if i went round every job the price per sq ft wouldnt be the same by a long shot.
