What's the phone to go for these days?
-
I wouldn't recommend a touch screen phone; I bought a nice one recently and just couldn't get on with it. My club fingers just didn't seem to work on the screen. In the end I gave it to Wor Little Un and I went back to using my old fashioned one.

Blackberry Bold .... great phone battery lasts for ages and ages good for emails and can use it to access this forum for when your sitting in your van waiting for the rain to stop ! ;D
-
I'm worried about getting my phone wet.(window cleaning, pressure washing) What do you guys do to avoid that? I was thinking of getting the bold too next month when my contract is up for renewal.

I don't like the qwerty keyboard - too fiddly - I have tried the touchscreen and I think I like it

Samsung Omnia with a stylus for those with club fingers. It also runs windows mobile so is great for adding WCP to the phone.

I was 99% sure to go for the blackberry bold, but i just found out there is no radio on it. And I defo want one for work.

iphone 4
Pay £120 then £40 a month for 600 mins, unlimited email, texts, web 18 month contract
Not bad considering they are selling for £700 on ebay, keep it 18 months and I reckon you could sell it for a tidy sum
No brainer for me

htc desire with 900 mins, and 1gb internet £28 a month
