It depends on what the dog has been eating, some dog food contains dye.
It normally comes out with normal cleaning, dont forget to use a sanitizer.

Hello Mark,
I would recommend to scoop up as much of the poo. Put some glove/bags on. Then put the poo in another plastic bafg and throw it away a long with the used gloves. Next use a paper towel to pick up the poo remnants until just a wet spot is left. Get a small bucket or container and prepare a solution of warm water and a sprinkle of liquid laundry soap or a spoonful of powered soap and stir well until dissolved. Use some old rags or cloth to blot the stain with the solution. And dry with some other rags.. Repeat this until the spot is gone and rinse with clean water. If it needs more treatment afterwards  spray it with Lysol.
Good Luck!

10x, John! Fortunally, I'm taking care of some fish for the moment. When I hear of such dog poo problems, it's disgusting, isn't it? What spotting machine do you mean? ::)
