Can someone xplain to a computer illiterate old codger how i put my stuff on Bing?

Tried but cant for the life of me get my business details added

Just click on the advertise button along the bottom,far as i got as it`s pay per click type thing,however i suppose it`s more targeted,so more chance of a sale.That`s why i was asking really !
