Cleaned an 8x6 deep shaggy pile rug,did it twice as i wasn't happy first time.
Cleaned with Powerburst 1st and then Ultapac 2nd.got bucket loads of black water out of the rug and left it to dry.
Its going back to customer tomorrow but it still looks dirty in parts,I cant see it getting any better if I did it again. Its 100% better but Im wooied about customer reaction.
What would your approach be on retuning the rug.
Has anyone had good results on these?

Did you thoroughly vac it first, front and back ?

I hang these over a 5 bar gate at the side of the house, run 2 airmovers on top speed ,and rake for as ong as I can , returning to it over the course of a few hours , each time more and more grit and sand blows out of them. Vaccing I find near impossible.
I then clean as normal.

Vacced the front not the back

Go over with a buffer mate with pads and see how that evens up and get rid of those stains maybe..

Most of the crap is deep in the pile - turn it over and give a thorough vac or even give it a beating !

Can't afford a 5 bar gate ;D so have to make do with the wooden fench line.
Other than that I beat it front and back, vacuum, use a rotary to scrub, hose it off, extract, hang over fence line (with sheeet underneath), and put blower across it. Deodorise, vacuum and take it back.
Best done on a hot dry day unless you have inside facilities.
Will call you tomorrow Jason about the other issues.
