Post by: steve smith on July 27, 2010, 06:21:47 pm
Can any one recommend a good patio cleaner?

Was cleaning a house today when the lady came and asked if I could clean the patio, I did 1 slab with pressure washer and it cleaned ok but left a few black dots, what will get these off

Thanks

i have pressure washed patios for years its not all about the pressure but also the flow rate per min eg 3000 psi 15 ltr min is good i have used 3000psi 33ltr min and on some real bad patios will still leave black spots best useing a little acid gets the lot off quick contact local cleaning chem supplier see if they do commercial acid hope this helps

Thanks

I'm not sure what psi I'm using, Just wondered if there was a detergent that was good at removing these tougher spots with a pressure washer
