Post by: justin brown on July 26, 2010, 10:49:07 pm
used this for the first time today on a really minging wool berber carpet and it worked really really well. had a course with derek bolton last thursday who told me to try it using just cold water and only spraying a fine mist but with pleanty of agitation. to be honest, i was dubious and had my prespray gold as back up...........but it was fantastic. will deffo continue to use :)

I would have stuck with the PSG on a berber. I don't like too much agitation on the loop, can lead to fuzz.

hi neil, as previously stated its Cleansmart (http://www.cleansmartsupplies.co.uk/acatalog/Pre-Sprays.html)

Hi Wynne, psg is probably the prespray i use the most on wool carpets with mixed results'.if i was totally happy with it i would not have changed but i am glad i did as this microsplitter worked really well. understand what your saying about fuzzing, just made sure i didnt go over the top!
