ian ive only been wfp for 6 weeks!had a few complaints the first week as i didnt know what i was doing!thankfully a lot of my custies are long standing ones(some 16 years!)and have given me a chance with the system.
85% WFP now and each clean the windows and frames look better and better.
been trad for 16 years with 340 customers.over 300 changed over to wfp now.no custies lost.one i dumped.

dazmond, how are your days comparing £ wise to your trad days now that you've got round 2 times
i changed over all my round overnight, first month was hard work but money wise it was about the same if not slightly more than ladder work, and i was going home at lunch to re-fill my 6x25ltrs. 2nd time round it was much faster.

EZ CLEAN first month i was a bit slower but i was working longer some days so still completed my workload.
im finding i can work longer if i want to.them extra few houses dont seem as much of an an effort as they would of if id still been on the ladders!
im about the same as trad time wise at the moment as im cleaning some downstairs windows wfp for the first time.
all upper windows are faster to clean second time round.
im sure by the 3rd clean tops and bottoms ill be flying! ;) ;D ;D
id be happy to be 20% more productive overall after 6 months.
