In my country we have stats on how the prices changes in different categories.

So in the contract there is written that every year in September we change the prices then, after the first year of contract.
Its usually about 5% increase.

One tip is to not change it in January, because then people have less money beacuase they all spent it on christmast gifts.

You should go up at least the rate of inflation, or else you run the risk of earning less spending value each your. Our inflation rate as far as I know is 3% so to just earn the same value 3% will give you the same income. To grow your business you must increase at least 5-10 %. All businesses are judge by growth. Any accountant will tell you a business without growth is a dead business walking.

I put my round up half one year and the other half the following year and after my year endings.

And the price they go up by a pound across the board and never had any complaints for any price rise.
