Canvassed a new customer last week who initially said no cos I said I wouldnt use 3 buckets of fresh water on her windows - normal house 10 windows and a small conny ... told her it was overkill as blade gets rid of all the water anyways ..... so explained wfp and how constant stream of purified water (purefreedom trolley) cleans the glass ... her eyes lit up and a no became a definate yes @ £12 every 8 weeks.... prob £2 too low ?
Did the whole house and looked really good - used about 50 litres on the first clean .... is this too much ?
Was much easier with wfp but a little boring compared to mop and squeege also appreciate 100% safer.
I know this is a how long is a piece of string question but how much water should I use on this house now the 1st clean out of the way ?

around 20 ltrs next time you do them maybe a bit less .

dont worry about using 50 Litres on a 1st clean as that will get less with regular cleans and with practice, the thing is to always make a good impression on 1st cleans and win the customer over, that way they will come to trust you and recommend you to potential new customers.
remember also that conny roofs can aslo take a lot of water depending on their size and condition, this is always worth knowing before you quote them as they can also take much longer than you thought they would.

Hi Ian,
That sounds about right to use 50 litres on the 1st clean. I also use the same trolley as yourself and would normally do the bottoms trad to save water, you will find on the 2nd clean you will use a lot less though. What number do you normally have the pump set at?

About 15 most of the time

It doesn't matter how much water you use, water is cheap. Turn the flow up on a first clean and do a good job.
