hi there,
microsan, is an anti microborial cleaner, prochem do it, it is used on a multitide of surfaces, and kilss MRSA, e coli, salmonella to mention a few.
the problem we had with our flood, was that the water was only about an inch and a half deep across a wide area, therefore the traditional pumps dont work.
all we use in these instances, on both hard floors and carpets is our prochem cheyenne, it has paid for itself time and time,it gets bumped around in the back of my l200, and works wonders.
we had it out again on tuesday evening,an insurance job, storm damage, onto carpet,
so we have extracted the water, cleaned the carpet, taken out the underlay, supplying new underlay and refitting carpet, when we take our drying equipment out of the premises.
its lovely work, no doubt we could go and buy a new piece of kit, that would work even better for us, but we have no problems with the kit we have, and then we add to it as required.
next month, we are putting 110volt vacuum cleaners into all of our vans.
regards
martin
