you dont need a first clean letter, all you have to do is take a bit longer and do a real good clean and make sure they are clean when you leave!
 ;D  ;D  ;D
Theres no excuses for windows that arent cleaned or rinsed off!
Do a good job the first clean and then every clean is easier!

Thats right, all this nonsense about giving your customers a letter for initial cleans or about wfp systems is no more necessary than giving the customer a letter about cleaning the windows in the traditional way.

Maybe you should make a poll up to see who gave a 1st letter and who didn't if you think it's nonsense.

Personal choice I believe, I have sent a copy of  my letter to other members.

But I didn't actually give customers a letter  when I swapped over to wfp, just done it, the problem not giving a letter was, it  did take a lot of time explaining things, it might of been easier to give letter.

If I could start again, I think I would give a letter.

When I switched over I printed out some letters & gave it to some custies, but not all (Can't remember, but I think I just ran out of ink).

I had very few complaints,.. but the occasional ones I did get were from ppl who got the letter. My advice would be to carry on and say nothing unless they ask.
