To have a few guys working for you, whilst you manage it all, ..part time,  hands on ?

Or are you going to work alone until you drop?

hey up mate , im going to let my son take over from me if he wants to if not i will hopefully sell my work on for a decent price and put it towards my pension fund .

plan on having a few vans on the road and just pricing work etc,  but am happy to stay on own for at least an other year  want to get up to 500 custy then split it in 2

why sell when you can add to your round and pay a couple of lads, and you have a regular income?

its finding lads who you can trust mate , before i had my neck op i had a really big round with over 1500 houses that i leased out to a so called mate at first it was good i was earning for doing nothing but after a few months the standard of the work was dropping and i was getting phoned with complaints started losing houses .
i ended up selling the biggest part of the work and just kept some witch i could manage to do with my neck condition , if i didnt have sold my work i reckon i would have lost a big part o them while this so called mate was doing them , thats why if my son dosnt want the buissness when i call it a day then my work will be sold on , the only way i would consider keeping the work is if i found someone who i could really trust and who would take as much pride in the work as i do , it takes a long time to build up a good round and if you aint got the right workers you will lose it a lot quicker .

My plans are to work seasonal when the day comes....doing conservatories upvc etc. and any other seasonal cleaning!

Spend my winters back in spain, then come back to earn money to last me over the winter!!

A lot of ppl i know in spain do this.

One fella bought a mobile (static) home in tenerife, £28k, its like a villa, gorgeous, comes back 3 - 4 months, earns well, then back to the sun...got a fantastic life!!

Hes only 56!!!!!
