Title: Customer pays for neighbours window cleans

I did a job today, well 4 to be exact and the main customer asked if we could clean their house and several of his neighbours with him paying for them.
Apparently he had some building work done a few weeks back and as a gesture to his neighbours because of all the dust he was going to pay for their windows to be cleaned. out of that we now have 2 definate monthly jobs and probably 2 more monthly cleans. I am confident the 2 probable customers will be happy with the clean they got today that they will have us clean on a regular basis.

Anyone else had a similar situation?

I've got one who's having his house rendered and is to pay for his neighbours next cleans, they are regulars already though. Nice gesture though.

ive got one - irish chap called pete.

lives in a cul de sac - when i started out on my own 6 yrs ago i only had his house in that area from a small round a bought but thanks to him i now have alot work in that area.

he pays for the whole road and always has a laugh with me.

google map - 143 churchdrive quedgely gloucester - you will see one of the vans and if you pan around you will see the cul de sac and i got every house thanks to him

used to happen a lot once over but only odd times now

I have a customer who pays for his ex wife windows to be cleaned. :o

i have one custy   who pays for for 4 other custys every month has done for the past 3 yrs

i have a couple that pay for 3-4

one forks out over £30 every time for her and neighbours and cans of coke every time :)
