Title: problem with pump

hi guys,
i have carpet cleaning machine POWR FLITE PERFECT HEAT 500PSI, i loose pressure while i working with. i think but problem is with pump or pump motor but sometimes is very strange clang. sombudy can help me with my problem? i don't know what can i fixed.
